Face enhancement missing from Photo Restoration Neural Filter

I'm midway through a photo project with some very old pictures and I specifically bought the new Photoshop because the beta provided a Photo Restoration Neural Filter.  Until today, there were three sliders at the top- Photo Enhancement, Face Enhancement and Scratch Reduction.  When I logged in today, Face Enhancement is gone!  Is this going to come back, because the filter is incredible, and is completely necessary for my work.  If not, my project is ruined!

Hopefully these comments will benefit someone- but I decided to play with the brightness and contrast before using the neural filter and now it recognizes the faces.

I have the same issue with the latest update, both in regular Photoshop and the Beta.  I have tried it using portraits only but the face enhancement slider is still not there?

Very odd.. I've processed 200 photos so far, and never had a problem.  This makes three tonight where the filter is not recognizing faces.

Okay, I tried another photo and it seems the filter just didn't recognize faces in the first photo, which is weird.. but it seems to be working with other photos.
