Facing problem with pen tool

Hi @MD.286986593vsi did you add a stroke to the path before saving? Changing the pen tool color in the options does not create pixel data - that is just the highlight color of the path.

The other option is to change your Pen tool to create a shape layer that you can add a stroke and fill to:

How are you creating the path? You need to make strokes and add color to make the path drawn with the pen.
