FAILS to MOVE multiple selections at the SAME TIME

What its happening is that I select multiple layers and then do a selection (with the lazzo tool for example) Then I try to move whats inside the selection but it doesn't do it.

Then I do the same thing with only one layer and does it right.

In the video you can see how it moves everything instead of what's inside of the selection.
