false positive?

As a photographer, I rely on Photoshop to edit my images. I recently formatted my computer and redownloaded the program from the official Adobe store.

Out of curiosity, I ran a full scan with Virus Total, and it detected the issue shown in the image. My question is: should I be concerned about these three antivirus flags? I'm not sure if they are reliable or if the results are false positives.

I would appreciate it if anyone has experience with this situation and can help me determine if I need to take any action.
