In addition to the slew of other bugs already mentioned, some of the panel options in the layers panel have quit working.  Even more irratating, the opacity slider in the layers panel no longer works in real time.  Way to go Adobe.  In addition, the preview in the select and mask panel is now so slow as to be unuseable. Way to go adobe.  I've switched back.  Hopefully they can give as a workable update soon.  On a Windows 10 machine.

I notice the opacity slider issue as well in MacOS 10.14.6

The preview for Opacity and flow using the slider in the layers palette seem delayed in all version of Photoshop on Windows 10. Photoshop 21.1.0 perhaps a bit more delayed. I can not comment on the delay in Select and Mask as I do not use it often and it has always taken time on my slow machine version 20 may be somewhat faster  rendering the preview or the changes the slider make.
