Ctrl+Shift+Alt+I (Windows)

Cmd+Shift+Option+I (Mac)

Why don't you use Bridge for that? You could access files info (and change it) for multiple files at the same time

The default keyboard shortcut is CMD + OPT + SHIFT + i on Mac, (CTRL + ALT + SHIFT + i for Windows OS).

This can be re-assigned using the Edit > Keyboard Shortcuts menu, or inserted into an action.
