Question

File Menu dropdown offset on Cintiq 16 in Photoshop

Hi everyone,

For some odd reason whenever I click the dropdown menu "File" I actually have to click it outside of the button for it to actually recognize my click and drop it down. Same with choosing any of the dropdown options. What could be the problem? I calibrated the Cintiq, drawing goes without any issues. Everything else is doing alright except for this little thing...

Any ideas?

    Hi Aisha,

That shouldn't be happening, as it's not a typical experience with Photoshop. Let's make this right.

Could you please let us know the exact version of Photoshop and the Operating system you're working with?

Could you try updating the Cintiq's drivers and let us know if it helps?
Also, you may try changint the DPI settings on the operating system and see if that helps. Please check this thread for more info: https://community.adobe.com/t5/Photoshop/cursor-not-drawing-in-the-right-place/td-p/9236586

    Regards,
    Sahil

Hello, My version of Photoshop is CS6 13.0 (x64). My Cintiq drivers are the newest possible (just got that tablet a couple days ago and installed it nice and fresh). As for the resolution settings... both monitors are set at 1920x1080 so there's nothing off here. (The scaling is set to 100%) I tried reinstalling the Cintiq drivers and recalibrating the monitor but nothing has changed.
