negli ultimi aggiornamenti non si apre questa area e se cerco di aprire un nuovo file compare una finestra vuota  con il seguente titolo

% CCX__FNFT__DIALOG_ NAME

sono costretto ad usare il modulo precedente cambiando le preferenze generali

My issue is exactly the same explained in similar discussion

I confirm you that enabling "new document Interface" in Photoshop

preferences the result is always the same : a black window, and asking for

a new file I can see only that strange window as you know

Sorry about the hassle Guido. Kindly follow the troubleshooting steps as mentioned below:

  • Sign out of the creative cloud desktop app
  • Download the creative cloud desktop Uninstaller to uninstall it.

          Link to download the creative cloud Uninstaller:   https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

  • Once the creative cloud desktop app is uninstalled. Please download it again from the link given below:

         https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/desktop-app.html

  • Install the creative cloud desktop app and sign in into it.

Try this

Open up Preferences > General and enable "Use Legacy "New Document" Interface"

Restart Photoshop

    Thanks for your kindness. I tried this option several times but nothing

    changed. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the app too but nothing

    changed. This trouble born since the 2 last update of photoshop c.c.
