File window transparent mode

Dear all, Iam working for diff objects design out of Photoshop area (using last version of CC).

I will be glad to have option of making file half transparent to see object under the screen on my second PC monitor.

Process steps:

1. Taking Photoshop work book / file out of Photoshop area.

2. making screen half transparent on above of improving design place (SW/WEB etc).

3. Continue work on arranging designed object on above of SW implanted (Static SW objects under) Photoshop file.
