Fill with Pattern

I have custom patters that I use to create fabric. I use the command "fill" and this teeny tiny box opens for me to choose the pattern and I can barely see the patterns. Suggestions?  Thanks!

    I've seen this problem before. The answer is to Reset Preferences.

      That did it!  Thank you so much!

      Since you've been so helpful, maybe you can help me figure out how to manage my swatches and organize libraries?  I have lots of Ben Moore and Sherwin Williams paint colors downloaded and it's hard to find the colors easily, by name or number of the swatch.  It doesn't allow me to create separate paint libraries.  Any guidance you can give me on how to do that?  Thanks again!
