I can't get my newly purchased Filter Forge 11 to install with my current Photoshop CC... HELP!!

What version of photoshop and windows are you using?

Any error message?

Which version of operating system do you use?

Which version of Photoshop do you have installed?

Do you get an error message? If yes oplease post the excat message word by word.

Do you have try to contact the vendor/developer of the filter set?
