Hello !

Is there a way to open the Filter Gallery in Adobe After Effect ?

The Filter Gallery file is an "8BF" file and After Effect can't read it, may I convert it in some way to make it works on Affter Effect ?

Thank you

That would be violating Adobe's General Terms of Use.

https://www.adobe.com/legal/terms.html

6. User Conduct.

6.2 Misuse. You must not misuse the Services or Software. For example, you must not:

(A) use the Services or Software without, or in violation of, a written license or agreement with Adobe;

(B) copy, modify, host, stream, sublicense, or resell the Services or Software;

What you might do legally is to put in a feature request to the After Effects product team here:

https://adobe-video.uservoice.com/forums/911311-after-effects

BTW, Illustrator does what you are looking for. It gives access to Photoshop Effects including the Effect Gallery from inside of Illustrator. But this is not something users can do. I don't use After Effects, so I'm taking your word for it that it's not there already.
