Filter gallery no more available (v. 25.6)

Hi everyone,

my photoshop (italian) it no longer makes the Filter Gallery function available to me. In the attachment I inserted the pop up that makes me go out: "Impossible to assign other virtual portions". I'm in RGB and I've already tried 8/16/32 bit.
