Filter gallery not working

Hello! It's been a while since I can't use any filters. When entering the filter gallery I get a black screen. Does anyone know what I can do to fix it? I think it happens to me since I upgraded to BigSur. Hope you have an easy solution! Thank you very much in advance and happy holidays!

Whenever a display error occurs, you should firstly check that the graphics card driver is up-to-date (usually not necessary with a mac) and deactivate the graphics processor support in the photoshop preferences for test purposes.

If it works, you have found a bug and should post it in the feedback forum from Adobe...

Hello! I have made the changes they say, but without success. Apparently everything is correct and the other Adobe programs work without problems. I attach screenshots of what appears to me in Filter Gallery and Liquify. I hope you can help me!! The version is 20.0.0. Thanks in advance

Why don't you us the latest update (v20.0.10) for your PS CC2019? Or a newer stable version like PS2020?

I would still advise against PS2021 at the moment - too many bugs that Adobe has been trying to fix for months and can't manage.

Hi! What version of Photoshop are you running?

You may need to reinstall Photoshop, but first check to see that "Show All Filter Galleries and Names" is checked in your Preferehces (Plug-ins>Preferences). A second option before needing to reinstall is to reset your preferences. Here is some information on how to do it: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html

Hi Michelle, thank you for your reply. I had already reset the preferences and checked the filters, but I still have that error. It is very rare because less the filter gallery works correctly (screenshot in the previous post). Thank you anyway. A hug!

Does turning off »Use Graphics Processor« in the Performance Preferences (Photoshop > Preferences > Performance > Graphic Processor Settings) and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue?
