Filter gallery window completely black [PS 2019 without subscription]

I have been using Macs for design since 1985, I have bought countless design apps on DVD over the years but refuse to pay a monthly instalment from the cloud. Any body got an idea how to fix the filter gallery problem without paying?

I updated to Big Sur with my 2019 version of P/shop....problem! Must be some way of loading filters into my otherwise perfect Photoshop. HELP!!

Photoshop CC 2019 is subscription only. Since you are not paying for it, then you have a pirated version and we can't assist on this forum. Pirated versions often do not function correctly and frequently contain malware.

    I understand but considering I have, over the years as a freelancer, purchased newer versions and updates of various Apps. at great expense and I'd have expected Adobe helped out with some sort of compensation after all these years! And, may I add, we couldn't download fonts from the internet...we had to buy them! I fully understand your position.

    The Photography plan is an annual plan, payable monthly at just $9.99 per month. That's cheaper than the damage malware might do to your computer from pirated software. Adobe Fonts are only available as long as you have an active subscription.
