фильтр пластика не работает после обновления

после обновления фотошопа 16.06.20 перестал работать фильтр пластика. когда его запускаю - фотошоп закрывается. перезагружала программу и компьютер - не помогает. windows 10

What are you computer system specs, can you go to Help > System Info hit the copy button and paste the entire thing into this thread

 

Have you tried resetting you Photoshop preferences, you should backup your custom settings beforehand
