What exact version of Photoshop and operating system do you have, what happens when you try to use the filters, can you post a screenshot of the Photoshop interface to highlight the issue

    i´m sorry, my english is very bad.
    Escribo en español porque no sabría como responder. Era la versión anterior
    al 2022 pero estimo que fue porque estaban migrando la nueva versión.
