Fixing Photoshop node error

Hi everyone. How are you guys doing today? Just wanna ask if anyone here using photoshop and illustrator having a problem with the node:server error when opening the application?and how do you fix that? Thank you for your answer in advance.

      Oh sorry.. I'm using windows 7 64bits for my adobe photoshop cc 2019,and the node:js server something like that error appears in my screen.
