Flash Uninstaller causes Error 16 on other Adobe application

Our company recently pushed out the newest version of Adobe flash.  As part of the package we run the uninstaller to remove older versions of Flash.  We are now seeing many of our users encountering Error 16 when opening other Adobe applications...Paint, Acrobat Pro, Dreamweaver and so on.  We have tried all the documented KB's for resolving error 16 with no success.  Has anyone else seen this issue and can provide any assistance.

If you have Macs in your office, I recommend fixing the permissions by the Terminal utility. I have had installs damage permissions  and this one command copy and pasted into Terminal clears it up.

    sudo chmod -R 777 /Library/Application\ Support/Adobe

It resets the permissions to the Adobe Application Support folder which is separate from the Applications folder.
