Flatten Image

Hi!  I just did an update (not sure if that has anything to do with it or not) and now I'm not able to flatten my image.  The menu is still the same, but nothing is in bold and able to be clicked on.  I feel like I'm missing something obvious.

Hi Jessica,

If you did export from Lightroom as Jeff suggests, then it’s a known bug with an easy workaround until it is fixed. Launch PS first, then LR.

Or disable the Home screen in Photoshop CC. Choose Edit > Preferences > General (Windows) or Photoshop > Preferences > General (macOS).  Select Disable The Home Screen.

Unlock your Background layer with a double-click.

Right click on the same layer and select Flaten Image.

Thank you!  If I have more trouble, I will try that!

Did you open the image from Lightroom into Photoshop?
