Flickering Brush is back for me 25.6.0

I have a flickering brush again, I have followed all the steps listed in older versions  to try and resolve the issue but nothing works.  Anyone else seeing this again?  I'm running a 2021 M1 Max Macbook Pro, this happens on my native screen and my extended display.
