Flickering White Screen on "New" - Can't Add Any Graphic to Start Work On

Ever since (I think) an update about 4 months ago, PS has become completely unusable. When I click on New to start editing a new graphic, all I get is a bright flickering white screen ... you can't do anything with it ... it won't let you add a graphic or anything.

The useless - non-existent - Help facility on Adobe offers nothing (as bloody usual).

Does anyone know how to fix this.

I tired to cancel my plan as I've not been able to use PS for the past 4-6 months (I can't remember how long exactly), but the mongrels want to charge me $108 Early Cancellation Fee ... what a mob of bloody rip-off merchants! I believe I should be entitled to a full refund of what I've paid as I've had absolutely no use of PS for that period.

I can't even find on their useless bloody website where I can get in touch with the mongrels to sort this out ... what a mob of useless rip-off merchants!!!

No, sorry, that didn’t work.
