I had to video portrait due to the setting in the room

How do I flip my video from displaying upright in PHOTOSHOP?

I only find solutions for Premiere Pro

If someone can please assist I would appreciate it

Hi

Use Image > Image Rotation 90 degrees. You will get a message warning the video layer will be converted to a smart object - accept it.
