flipping shape adds an extra pixel

Hi forum.

I have made a line with the pen tool. When I flipp it to the other side Ctrl+T Horizontal, it adds another pixel as shown in the screenshot. But I have noticed if I flip it horizontally or vertical from the properties panel (when this option is available) it does sit witihn the pixels.
