Font Gontserrat

Question

Good afternoon! I'm having trouble with the Gontserrat font family in Photoshop. I've already tried several solutions, such as using FontBase, installing directly on the PC and through Creative Cloud. However, only 4 out of 18 fonts are being recognized.

Also, I can't completely remove fonts through Creative Cloud. They are in the "removed" tab, but how can I delete them from there too?

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
