Font is in Photoshop but I can't find it in Windows

I've seen a lot of answers online for the problem of installed fonts not showing up in Photoshop, but I have the opposite problem...

I'm using two fonts in a Photoshop file that I need to find in Windows so I can send install them on my other computer, but they're not in C/Windows/Fonts.

Is there any version of "Reveal in Explorer" or something I can use to find where these font files are?
