If I select a text in Photoshop I find two different informations – one in the character-palette and the other one in the paragraph styles palette – concerning the font size. How can I synchronize that? Or which information is the right one?

The paragraph styles panel contains a list of styles you can apply to the text in the highlighted text layer.
Manual settings in the character panel override this style. You will see a + sign next to the style when this has happened and the clear overrides button will become usable.
If you want to clear the overrides - click at the bottom of the paragraph styles panel. The paragraph styles will then be applied fully.
