For Guidance: No official bleed marks in Photoshop?

Hi guys!

I've seen so many tutorials on manually adding bleed to Photoshop "Print" files.

I want my team to have the official bleed marks just like in illustrator.

Is there really no way but to manually add bleed in Photoshop?

Does it mean that layouting posters should be done in Illustrator and not in Photoshop?

In Illustrator, Indesign, non-Adobe layout applications, … but not in Photoshop.

Design professionals are expected to know how to use Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop, and how and when to switch between them. No project is finished in a single app. Photoshop is a TERRIBLE tool for text work, and some posters need a lot of text.
