forward warp tool doesnt warp the image moves it

When opening liquify filter and selecting the forward warp tool it comes up with a plus cursor, and instead of warping the image it moves it.

Hi Kaiden,

The first thing to try is to reset the liquify tools. Hold down Alt (Windows) or Option (Mac OS) and click Reset to revert all distortions to the preview image and reset all options to their defaults.

hey, thanks for the help ive done it and nothing seems to have changed.

Then you might need to reset preferences. Go to Preferences > General > Reset Preferences on Quit. Back up anything you have customized first, such as Actions, Brushes, etc.
