Freezing page Photoshop

  It's been a while that photoshop hangs while working with any tools, any size of files consistently and it got worse after the latest update. It is saving the file though but it is showing photoshop background gray or other files that I've got open in photoshop.( Other open files are totally fine to work on at the same time.) The only way to get out of it, is to close the frozen file and open it again which is really annoying!
It doesn't show any errors or messages.  

Last year it was happening while using polygonal lasso. Now it's been 2 month that that it is happening all the time.
