frequency separation action won't let me set a value

Hi i have an action of a FS that i recorded so when i get to play it i dont get the window that let me set the blur value, instead the action automaticaly apply the value i did when i recorded it. what am i doing wrong?

You should either have the icon to the right of the tick "Toggle Dialog On/Off" active or remove the step and use the action "insert menu command" to set the blur step from insertion without recording.
