From Mac to PC

Hi,

I have all my photos on a LaCie external HD. I have use it for editing on a Mac. Now I have switched to PC and use the same external HD. When I use Bridge to open photos and get to Raw the computer crashes and restarts. If I copy a photo from the external HD to desktop Raw works fine. I guess it has something to do with moving from Mac to PC but I thought that should not be an issue. Anyone has a fix for the issue_
