Fujifilm XT-5 / Windows 11 / Raw images will not download to organiser

Question

I am using Elements 2019 on a Windows 11 laptop to process images.

My camera is a Fujifilm XT-5.

Elements 2019 will not allow RAW (.RAF) images to be downloaded to the organiser without first doing an Adobe DNG conversion.

If I upgrade to Elements 2024, will RAW images be able to be downloaded directly without having to firstly do the DNG conversion?

The camera requires ACR version 15.0 minimum:

I don't know about Elements policies for updating the ACR plugin (this is the main Photoshop forum, not the Elements forum).
