Generate assets with specific file weight

I'm trying to generate different assets but I can only select the format and the quality percentage. What I need is to define the file weight. For example, I need one of the sizes to weight 40 KB maximum but I have been trying to do it and got no result or information on how to do it. This is my first option but I'm also trying to figure out if that's possible by actions.
