Generatief vullen geeft foutmelding

Question

Als ik mijn foto vergroot met  de tool uitsnijden en vraag het om generatief te vullen krijg ik deze melding.
Er is weinig over deze melding te vinden. Op een Engelse site wel. Daar was de oplossing teug zetten naar versie 25.0. Een latere versie werkte daar niet. Dat vindt ik wel jammer. Zijn er meer mensen met dit probleem? Heeft iemand een oplossing gevonden?

Hey, @Anja38492058le32. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I reviewed the account you used to log in, and I found multiple profiles. Your subscription is from an enterprise.

Is this a personal machine, or does an IT team manage the device? If yes, ensure all the Adobe Network endpoints are whitelisted. If it is an individual machine, try resetting the firewall to the default settings and check if that helps.

You can try using Photoshop Web (https://adobe.ly/3WkhVFm) on an alternate device & internet network to rule out it is a network issue.
