I'm so frustrated. I use generative ai for basic things. I was using it until I got continuous errors and now it says firefly has restricted my access. Customer service keeps transferring and I really would like to know how I violated something when I do not edit anything besides animals. Please help.

I was down for a solid two hours. Having done nothing to my computer or Photoshop software, Generative AI is working again. In fact, it's speedier than before. Perhaps Adobe was doing some under-the-hood work. Anyway, I hope you're back up soon.

Same exact issue. I use Generative AI daily with my subscription and it stopped working about 30 minutes ago.

It could be an outage. Fingers-crossed it's resolved soon.

I'm having the same issue. I use Generative AI for basic tasks in my architecture photography, and I'm baffled about what caused this as I am in no way violating Adobe's Terms of Service.
