Generative Expand in PS 25.7 & windows 11

Before updating Ps 25.6 to 25.7 and having used the app without issues, I ran into a major problem when using the Generative expand. I received and error message:

After several attempts and still receiving the above message I decided to upgrade to the newer version. But unfortunately, I kept getting the same message, therefore I unistalled Ps. Shut down computer. Restarted and installed Ps 25.7 ( again). While I no longer received the above message when utilizing the Generative Expand I was not getting the results needed. Instead the app would go through the enitre porcess of supposedly expanding but the result is as follows  (screenshot)...

No more image and the resulting "expand" just strips of color.  I also have a copy of the Beta version of Ps and it runs fine. Not sure what the problem is and how it can be resolved. Any help/suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
