Generative features enabled but not working

Hi, I'm using Photoshop 25.0 on Windows 10 Enterprise (22H2) with an Amazon corporate Adobe licesne.

I wanted to explore the new generative features so I opened the generative fill tutorial (White house in the mountains) and followed the prompts. After entering a prompt "Red House" the little processing window pops up with the green loading bar, it completes/closes, but nothing changes. I've tried multiple prompts and even tried opening one of my own images and exploring these features but nothing changes in my images and there is no error message or other indication provided. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
