Question

Generative fill intensity does not work in BETA(25.9)?

Hello!) Please tell me why generative fill with intensity level does not work in Beta Version 25.9. (Q quick mask and Shift+f5 fill). Using it, it was possible to draw a simple image, which was then filled with AI generation. This works in version 25.7, but does not work in Beta 25.9.

It was also possible to select the filling intensity from ~50% to 100%, which significantly influenced the result.

Is this a bug? Has this feature been removed? Or moved somewhere, to the Beta version?..

Now when I perform the same operations, I get pictures with blue tints and that do not coincide with the location that I visually (drew) indicated.

This Forum is dedicated to Photoshop, not to Photoshop (Beta); please post on the correct Forum.

You're probably right... It's just that this topic is interconnected, because I tested the function in both versions. And it seemed to me that the answer could be obtained in any of the forum threads.

If you are a moderator, please move the topic to the right place, if you have such a function. Otherwise, you have the right to delete it.

After all, the conclusion that I made is that in the Beta Version not everything works as it should, or the developers changed the procedure for controlling the intensity of the fill.

I am not a moderator/administrator so I cannot delete or move the thread.

If the feature works as expected in Photoshop 25.7 then »everything is all right«.

At least as far as this Forum is concerned, the Beta version has its own Forum.

Bugs in a Beta don’t seem very surprising but you are naturally right in trying to report the issue (or add your vote if a report already exists).
