For the a few days, the generative fill feature has been unavailable and tends to be very slow. What's going on?

A few days ago, when everything was functioning correctly, was the version of Photoshop and the system's version and configuration the same as now?

I'm using version 25.6. I've downgraded to version 5.3.1 as well. My internet connection is also good. I've tried it on Photoshop beta too, but it still doesn't work.
