Generative Fill not available (greyed out), Photoshop 25.0

Hello, i am trying to use the Generative Fill possibilities in AdobePhotoshop. I have installed the latest version (Photoshop 25.0.0.), i have given the correct age (over 18 years), i am on an company account from my university, we have even installed a new account on a different email, but still = generative fill is not available (see screenshot).

My System is Mac OS Monterey 12.6.5, which – as of Adobe Specifications – should be fine, my Mac is a MacBookPro from 2018 with 32GB RAM.

Whenever i startup Photoshop is says, my System is not compatible. But Generative Fill was already working on the beta Version of Photoshop.
I do not want to update my system for the moment, as i need other software which might no longer be compatible with newer versions.

What shall i do to make Generative Fill working in Photoshop?
