Genfil - how to use another image to include in gen fil

I am wanting to prompt gen fill to use a design i've created (an image) anyone managed to do this?

That is not possible with Generative Fill.

The purpose of generative AI is to generate new content. If you just want to fill with your own image then conventional layers and masks should work.
