Getting a line when printing an image in 2020

I am getting a line approximately 1/4" in from the right edge of prints using roll paper on my Epson P9000.  It is a single line about 1/8th of an inch wide.  When I increase the length of the paper to print on in moves closer to the edge or off of the printed image so their is a work around.  Is this challenge known and is there a fix.

I can't think of anything in Photoshop that would do that, however you can reset the print dialogue in Photoshop by holding down the spacebar while you press print.

A thought - is the mark across the roll or down the edge of the roll?

If across the roll, are you printing a page line in the Epson Printer Properties dialogue - "paper settings" - "roll paper options" ?

Sounds like a Printer problem and not PS.

I would try cleaning the printer carriage and or contact Epson about a fix.

Unfortunately it works with 2019 which I still have on my system.  I ran the gamut with the printer.  Everything is clean and working.  It is not a banding issue which would appear through the whole print.
