Getting error "Could not fulfill because it is not a valid photoshop document" while opening old PSD

Question

When I try to open a psd archive, the app say me this: "Could not fulfill because it is not a valid photoshop document", n' the document doesn't work. I tried converse the document to jpg and open with acrobat reader but isn't work; I've been doing it for a week. Help me pls :'(

Thanks for posting on Photoshop community.

Which version of Photoshop are you using and what is your operating system?

Since you're trying to recover a PSD archive, it might be possible that the file is corrupt and cannot be recovered.
