Getting error messages at least once a day

Question

For the past week or so, at least once a day I get these two error messages when using PS. I have the most current version, installed it yesterday. Nothing else has changed. I have to close down PS, and restart and then it works fine. The only good thing, is I'm able to save my work before closing.

Do you see the error message at random or after a particular action? You may try to reset Photoshop preferences back to defaults and check if that helps.
