Getting slower and messes up the whole speed of my work process

Hi been using Adobe since 2000 and it seems that all adobe CC is slow as h#ll. On all sorts of macs, the whole work process is a dragg. Opening up the apps takes minutes, anoying pop ups. Interface changes of items that worked just fine. I hear a lot of complains from creatives all around about the latest development adobe is pushing in the market.
