Getting the Message "One or More Plug-ins are currently not available on your system."

I have tried installing the 32 and 64 version of the White Balance Plugin by Power Retouche and neither are present in the filter list when Photoshop 2021 is restarted. Have placed the plugin into the appropriate directory paths and still not working. Now, I am getting the message: One or More Plug-ins are currently not available on your system".

I have the most recent plugin from the vendor.  All suggestions would be helpful.

Adobe does not make 32Bit Photoshop CC versions you only need the 64Bit versions.  I downloaded their Demo package and extracted the 64bit demo versions into a folder and mover that folder into my Photoshop 64 bit Plugin folder.  I link all the photoshop versions  I have installed Plug-ins folder to my Plugin folder. When I started Photoshop I did not get any error message.  27 of the  28 Demo version plug-ins seem to be available including  White balance,  and  white balance seems to work.  ChromaticAberration64_demoPR is not available  even though Photoshop System Info shows it was loaded.

The WhiteBalanceX64PR.8bf plugin should go in

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Plug-Ins\CC

Have you tried to contact plugin developer to explain problem? If only that plugin does not work then must be plugin itself not Photoshop. Recent Photoshop versions are 64 bit, 32 bit version is maybe for older Ps versions or perhaps for Photoshop Elements.
