so i downloaded 4 different gfx packs on youtube for photoshop and every one of them say's unexpected end-of-file encountered and idk why? also i use photoshop cc 2017

I would be very suspicious of files being offered by people on YouTube. In most cases, they're pirated. Worst-case scenario: viruses/malware.
