Gif export problem

Hi, I'm used to making animated gifs on Photoshop. Since a few months, the render file (.gif) doesn't respect the rythm of my psd. The duration of the images doesn't match my psd. Thanks a lot for your help.

Just to make it clearer, I set a delay time for each frame in my .psd.

When I save it as a gif, the delay time of each frame happens to be different, which totally screws the rendering.
