Gifs not opening properly in Photoshop 2021

So I go to open an .gif in PS. All the frames and layers appear to be there, no problem. However, all the frames/layers after the first are the exact same... The gif plays and opens fine otherwise, only when it is brought into photoshop does it not show all the frames. Am I missing something?
